Movie Seen – Saw VII
I have been a faithful Saw fan and was very interested to see how they would end a pretty neat series. The thing is, you have to look passed the gore and the wicked traps to get to the story. There are some nice ideas there, but this final chapter left me wanting more. It answered some questions, but it did not have the wow ending I was hoping for... unlike Saw I and Saw II - which left me smiling and nodding in content. Saw VII was a bit of a half-hearted attempt and did not show the usual flair the writers have made fans with. Shame, but at least it's... "Game over."
