Problem

managed-keys-zone ./IN: loading from master file managed-keys.bind failed: file not found

Solution

touch /your/bind/working/directory/managed-keys.bind
chgrp named /your/bind/working/directory/managed-keys.bind
chmod 0640 /your/bind/working/directory/managed-keys.bind
